Bumble Bee Class - week beginning 02.11.15

This week at Nursery we will be observing and discussing signs of Autumn. 

We sorted autumn leaves into the colours red, yellow and brown.

I have lots of brown leaves.

We made autumn tree pictures. 

We had to: - 

 - hold the scissors and cut little pieces of paper (to look like leaves)

- we then had to stick the leaves on and around our autumn tree, remembering to put the glue on the back of what we are sticking.

Max did a great job of finishing this autumn puzzle - well done!

We enjoyed playing with the autumn coloured rice.

Kaelin drew this lovely autumn tree. 

It says, "trees".

We painted autumn trees using paint and cotton buds. 

Thank you to all of the children who have bought their leaf catchers into nursery.  They look beautiful hanging in our classroom. We hope you enjoyed making them at home! 

We made autumn pictures on the interactive whiteboard.

We decorated pipe cleaner autumn trees with autumn coloured beads. 

This weeks number focus is number 2.

We sorted the numbers 1 and 2.

We formed the number 2 using tweezers and pom poems.

We had a go at writing the number 2 on wooden logs.

We played the Numtums number 2 game on the CBeebies website.
