To begin the new year we had our very own, "Bumble Bee Class Big Fat Quiz!" All of the questions were related to nursery rules and routines (to make sure we remember them for the year ahead!) See if your child can answer the questions below: -

On the carpet, ready for carpet time.
* What must you remember when playing at the water tray?
Sleeves up, apron on and no splashing!

In the Writing Area we made, New Year cards.
Lots of us saw fireworks on New Years Eve. At the Fine Motor Table we made firework patterns.
For our maths activities this week we will revisiting numbers 1-6. Reinforcing how to name, write and count groups of objects from 1-6. We will also be using the Numicon shapes in our maths play.
