We
are preparing for our upcoming trip to The National Portrait Gallery.
In
class we have been looking at close observational drawings of facial features
to create some beautiful pastel drawings of ourselves.
We
looked at our skin tones and tried to match the closest shade of pastel to our
own.
Alongside
this we have been using our new phonic blends to record what we can see.
The children have produced some great artwork and writing.
