Forest School in the rain

Bumblebee children had great fun on a very rainy day at Forest School.

The children added their own water to make even more mud!

The children had some fabulous words to describe the properties of the mud. 

"It's icky, gooey, sticky licky"

"It's getting soft and soft"

"I liked the puddles, they were a bit sloshy. I tried To jump in them but I got stuck!"

Some children worked together to make "chocolate cakes"

Bailey discovered that snails really like the rain, and used the opportunity to practice his careful counting skills.

"I found 4 snails."
